Casa Bella is the perfect location for your seasonal home or a quiet family vacation. An on-site heated pool and courts for tennis, bocce, and shuffleboard -- plus nearby beaches, parks, shopping centers, and golf courses -- provide plenty of outdoor entertainment. The pool area has a large sun deck with tables, chairs, and umbrellas; plenty of loungers; and a screened-in party/meeting room. Two shared BBQ grills are also available for your use.

This 2BR/2BA second floor end unit, featuring a King Bed in the MBR and two twins (plus a trundle bed) in the guest room, is perfect for your family vacation or seasonal home. The living and dining areas boast new furniture (2010). Cable TV, DVD/VHS player, Sony Playstation, and an AM/FM/CD stereo provide indoor entertainment. Wireless internet available. The screened lanai can be closed with sliding plexiglas doors so you can enjoy this great outdoor living space on those occasional cool evenings. A fully equipped kitchen, bed and bath linens, in-unit washer/dryer, beach chairs, etc. are provided for your convenience.

3-101: For Rent


Our first floor condo is only one of two units located next to the pool. The pool area includes a screened-in party/meeting room and gas grills for your use. Our 2BR/2BA unit has all of the appliances to prepare a “snack” or multiple course meal. The living and dining areas provide comfortable facilities after a day at the pool, on our tennis court, at the beach or any of the other activities within minutes of our condo. Clothes washer and dryer are also onsite.
