Casa Bella is conveniently located in southwest Fort Myers, Florida, just three miles from Fort Myers Beach and the Sanibel Island Causeway. A small, friendly community of only seventy 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo units share a heated pool, tennis court, shuffleboard, and bocce court. The poolhouse features a screened-in dining area and gas BBQ grills. All condo units are privately owned, with about 30% housing full-time residents.
